West End Cemetery and Memorial, Kimberley
At least thirteen men of the Irish Yeomanry, all of the 74th (Dublin) Company (New), 8th Battalion, are buried in the West End Cemetery and are commemorated on its Memorial, having re-interred from Griquatown. They are Privates Charles Arthur Bonynge, Richard Charles Brady, Samuel Spence, Carl John Greene, Charles Callis, James Carlisle, William George Henry Dawson, Edward Deane-Freeman, Frank Knight, Benjamin Robert McElveen, John Olliffe, Ernest Reeves McLean and Sutherland Pike.
